  2. Onboarding and Orientation: Ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees, facilitating orientation, and providing support during their transition.
  3. Employee Relations: Handling employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and addressing concerns in a fair and empathetic manner.
  4. Performance Management: Supporting performance evaluation processes and providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement.
  5. Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating learning initiatives, and promoting professional growth opportunities.
  6. HR Policies and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, employment laws, and best HR practices.
  7. Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs and assisting employees with benefits-related queries.

Qualifications and Requirements:
